By using trade.paw.digital and swap.paw.digital and all its services, features, and functions, the user agrees to the following terms:

Quoted Prices and Amounts
The user acknowledges that quoted swap prices and amounts are current market estimates and may change. The final amounts and prices may differ from the quote provided. 
Service Availability
The user acknowledges that trade.paw.digital and swap.paw.digital and its services, features, and functions may undergo maintenance and that all functions may fail or not work as intended. 
Use of Service
The user acknowledges that the service is not intended to be used as a long-term custodial wallet and that all amounts displayed, including but not limited to market orders, limit orders, swapping, withdrawals, and any other functions, may differ from the final amounts. 
Network and Service Fees
The user acknowledges that network fees may be applied for deposits and withdrawals and that swapping and trading fees may also be applied. The user acknowledges that applicable fees may change over time. 
Deposit Addresses
The user acknowledges that deposits made to already-used or expired swap deposit addresses may not be recoverable. 
Use of Service at User's Risk
The user acknowledges that using trade.paw.digital and swap.paw.digital and all its services, features, and functions is entirely at their own risk. The user also acknowledges that the service may unexpectedly shut down without returning or any prior notice and that support is not required to respond or be present for any problems that may occur. 
Limitation of Liability and Responsibility
The user acknowledges and agrees that their use of trade.paw.digital and swap.paw.digital and all its services, features, and functions, including but not limited to trading, swapping, depositing, and withdrawing, is entirely at their own risk. The provider of these services shall not be liable for any direct or indirect financial losses or damages incurred, whether caused by system malfunctions, market volatility, user error, or any other cause. The user assumes full responsibility for the security of their account information and for any assets deposited into their account, and the provider of these services shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access or use of the user's account. 
Applicability of Terms
